    Unfortunately not! Boost does not claim to triple your stamina in a day. The claim was built from a study undertaken for 120 days, after which the results were measured. Hence, the claim relates to Boost tripling your stamina if consumed for 120 consecutive days.

  • Can I make Boost with hot or cold milk?

    Boost can be enjoyed hot or cold, but needs to be initially dissolved in hot or warm milk. We recommend preparing your Boost in the following way:

    HOT: Stir 2-3 teaspoons (20g) of Boost into a cup of hot milk. Add sugar to taste.

    COLD: Stir 2-3 teaspoons (20g) of Boost into a little warm milk, top-up with chilled milk. Add sugar to taste. Enjoy!

    Boost is a nourishing beverage to be consumed as a part of a daily diet and exercise plan. The daily recommended serving of Boost is 2 X 20g cups per day. (1 cup = 20g Boost in 200ml of milk).

  • How old should my child be before consuming Boost? Can I give Boost to my 3-year-old child?

    Boost is designed to fit the nutritional requirements of 6 to 18 year olds.

  • Is Boost only suitable for boys?

  • Do the sachets of Boost contain the same product as the larger products?

    Yes, the Boost formulation is the same across all product sizes.

  • Do Choco Nut and Choco Éclair flavoured Boost differ from regular Boost in content $$ nutrition?

    Boost Choco Nut contains real almonds (1%) as a Natural Flavouring Substance, and Boost Choco Éclair contains Caramel flavouring, but the micronutrient delivery content remains exactly the same across all Boost drinks.

  • Do you use artificial colourings or flavourings in Boost?

    No, Boost does not contain any artificial flavours or colours. Boost only contains permitted natural colours, Natural Flavouring Substances and Nature Identical Flavouring Substances.
